Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos recently returned to Live with Kelly and Mark after a week of pre-recorded episodes during the holiday season.

The couple took advantage of the break to spend quality time with their three adult children, Michael, 27, Lola, 23, and Joaquin, 21.
The time away was a rare opportunity for the family to reconnect, and Kelly shared how special the trip was for all of them.
During the show’s live segment, Kelly spoke fondly of the vacation, highlighting how unique and meaningful it was to have all three of their grown children together in one place.

“We had all three of our kids at the same time! Which, as you know if you are parents of adult children,

that is a very rare thing and we were so grateful,” Kelly said, emphasizing how rare it is for adult children to all be in the same location at the same time.

The couple was fortunate that their kids not only reunited but also got along well, without any unnecessary drama.
Kelly humorously added, “There was no… let’s just say BS happening,” referring to how sometimes tensions or awkward moments can arise when adult siblings are together for extended periods.
While Kelly and Mark did not disclose their exact vacation destination, they hinted that it was somewhere warm and sunny.
Mark casually mentioned that he had returned with a noticeable tan, while Kelly joked about being paler than usual due to her fake tan fading during the trip.
Despite the lighthearted comments about their appearances, it was clear that the time away was about much more than just relaxation in the sun. It was a rare and special chance for the family to spend quality time together.
On New Year’s Eve, Kelly shared glimpses of the vacation on her social media, posting several images of the stunning location, including a picturesque beach sunset and an exciting firework display as the family rang in the new year.
Their daughter, Lola, also shared a similar video, reflecting the joyful moments the family enjoyed together.

As the conversation continued on Live, Kelly revealed that their vacation also included a costume party, and she got dressed up for the occasion.
Mark lovingly complimented his wife, saying she looked “gorgeous,” further showcasing their playful dynamic and affection for one another.
The family’s time together was especially meaningful because they all live in different places.
Kelly and Mark reside in their townhouse on the Upper East Side of New York City, while their eldest son, Michael, lives in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
Michael moved to Brooklyn after graduating from NYU, and Kelly often shares how proud she is of his accomplishments.
Lola divides her time between London and New York City, focusing on her budding music career, while their youngest son, Joaquin, is currently studying at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Despite their busy and separate lives, Kelly and Mark’s children remain close-knit, and the couple takes pride in raising them with strong values. Kelly has previously spoken about her parenting philosophy, emphasizing the importance of raising children who are not only successful but also thoughtful and kind.
“We want to raise productive people who are thoughtful and selfless,” she explained in an interview with Daily Mail.
Kelly added that she and Mark made a conscious effort to teach their children to be “good, caring, generous, thoughtful people who are professional, who are polite, who don’t expect the world handed to them.”

Kelly and Mark’s dedication to their children’s upbringing is reflected in the grounded and down-to-earth nature of their kids.
Despite the privileges they have experienced, the Consuelos children are known for their humility and understanding of the importance of hard work and kindness.
Kelly and Mark’s parenting approach, which encourages their children to be empathetic and responsible, has clearly had a positive impact on their family dynamic.
As Kelly and Mark continue to balance their successful careers and family life, moments like this holiday vacation serve as a reminder of the importance of family and togetherness.
For the Consuelos family, the opportunity to enjoy a few days in the sun and connect with one another was more than just a vacation—it was a reminder of the value of shared experiences and the bond that holds them all together.
