From friendship, love has blossomed!
When Rhi walked down the aisle to Jeff, a man she had known and dated outside of the Married At First Sight Australia 2025 experiment, we had admittedly held few hopes they’d survive the real world.
But we were proven wrong as Jeff and Rhi become the strongest couple – and only official match – to exit MAFS in 2025

Rhi joined the reality dating series wanting to find someone to settle down with and raise a family after tirelessly battling the modern dating scene.
Whether it be fate, or the mysterious workings of the relationship experts, the 34-year-old was matched with Jeff, 39, who has the exact values she was looking for.
“We dated last year. It kind of just fizzled, we both just went our separate ways. But we remained friends – we just ran a half-marathon together. We’ve even had coffee and stuff since then,” Rhi confessed.
“Jeff is an amazing person. It was just pretty much a timing thing – that was the reason it did not go forward.”

They left their relationship in the “friend zone,” and picked it up in the same zone on MAFS. The pair struggled to take their relationship to the next level – but slow and steady wins the race!
After intimacy week, Rhi even admitted Jeff would have to make the first move…
Maybe it was this strong foundation of friendship in which their relationship was built off is why their romantic relationship continues to flourish in the real world.
“Life with you is just lighter and I am just so lucky to be able to hang out with my best friend every day,” Rhi said during final vows. “Jeff, I have never been in love before but there is something different here and right now I can say I’m falling in love with you.”
There was no question mark when it came to Rhi and Jeff’s relationship on MAFS.

Jeff made his intention to continue the relationship clear during Homestay Week on MAFS as he gifted his ‘wife’ a key to his home – which has admittedly been used plenty of times since returning to real life.
“Knowing my feelings were being matched gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed, I started to picture our future together,” Jeff said in his final vows speech.
“Rhi, I am falling in love with you, Rhi you’re it for me, I choose you and I hope this is forever.”

During the MAFS reunion commitment ceremony, Rhi and Jeff said those three little words, ‘I love you’ to each other for the very first time.
In a full circle moment, Jeff took Rhi on a date to mini golf, an activity they did on their “very first date.”
“Revisiting a special little memory from the beginning,” Rhi captioned on Instagram.
