All the stunning features of millionaire Married At First Sight groom Clint Rice’s Tasmanian mansion he now shares with his ‘fiancée’ Jacqui Burfoot have been revealed.

Now that Married At First Sight’s “humbly wealthy” groom Clint Rice shares his lavish Tasmanian abode with his new fiancée Jacqui Burfoot, a look inside the property explains why she can’t stop boasting about it.

The millions of Australians who tuned in to the final dinner party episode on Sunday were unsurprised to hear Jacqui, who fans have described as a “gold digger,” gush about Clint’s single-level residence near Launceston.

The former lawyer moved in during the two weeks the couple began dating after Final Vows around December and has enthused over their “his and her vanity,” separate showers, and “huge” walk-in wardrobe.

But until now, viewers have only seen a glimpse of the pro golfer’s 537.42 square meter, architect-designed home.

Clint and his ex Lisa, who split sometime in 2024, had only one year prior enlisted the help of Zanetto Builders to transform their forever home into the high-end pad it is today.

Situated on a corner block, the home boasts eight key features, including a tennis court, golf simulator, theatre, gym, bar and entertaining area, paved driveway, stone bench tops, and double vanities.

A butler pantry forms part of the kitchen, which extends into a light-filled living area with sliding doors constructed by Arva glass that open onto a balcony overlooking the tennis court.

Clint’s indoor golf simulator is complete with a large screen and rivals that of multi-level modern apartments.

The abode has a minimalist aesthetic, aided by rebated windows and doors.

Samsung fingerprint-activated door locks add security to an address that is “well ahead of its time,” according to marketing material, but is now also well sought after by the media’s prying camera clicks.

Jacqui herself even said the couple has been forced to grapple with the paparazzi who camp on nearby land, waiting to snap “money shots” of reality stars inside their home.

A media room has surround sound, with Italian tiles and heated floors enhancing the comfort of their three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Ambience appeared to be a forethought when designing the property, featuring recessed lighting by internationally renowned Darklight Design UK.

All internal and external walls also have acoustic insulation, and the home boasts my-zone temperature-regulated heating.

Speaking about the design phase, Clint and Lisa said the couple had to adjust their budget as the building costs of their project rose.

“The exponential rise in building materials changed our budget,” they said at the time.

The former couple said the final result features their cost-saving alternatives, which ultimately rescued the home’s demise “in a time of economic chaos.”

It comes as Clint and Jacqui’s on-screen husband Ryan Donnelly faced off at the final dinner party in a spat over the location of their homes.

Ryan, who lives in the outer Sydney suburb of Campbelltown, told Clint to “crawl back into whatever Tassie hole you crawled out of” before the golfer fired back.

“You live in the western suburbs, let’s not talk anymore,” he said.

“Don’t go there; if you want a flex, I’ll send you some pictures because I’m not in the western suburbs in a one-bedroom s***house.”

According to the PGA tour website, the golfer who competed in tournaments from 2008 through 2014 won around $43,000 by playing in the PGA Tour Canada.

In his MAFS introduction, he spoke about the hardships of dating as women tend to “latch on” to the idea of sharing his assets.

“As soon as they know I’ve got a Porsche, I’ve got a house, and I’ve sold my company for several million, then I find they want to latch on.”

“They want to move in; they think they’ve got their ticket and their freedom for the rest of their lives.”
