One MAFS bride’s explosive “dog” comments about controversial groom Paul Antoine have surfaced as the controversial partner swap challenge returned to screens.

A Married at First Sight bride has unleashed on controversial groom Paul Antoine, branding him a “dog” and telling him to “pack his bags” back to France.

Paul, 30, moved from Nice on the Côte d’Azur to Australia 11 years ago with his family and forged a career as a wellness advisor.

He infamously went head-to-head with his co-star Morena Farina at the second dinner party on season 12 of the reality TV megahit – and now the seething bride has given additional details about their feud in an exclusive chat.

“I want to know what’s going on with you because I just heard you screaming in the hallway,” Paul told the 57-year-old at the table during their on-air encounter.

Morena adamantly denied she had been screaming, declaring: “Come a little bit closer… I’m not done with YOU, little boy.”

Paul then received heavy criticism from MAFS viewers and experts for his ‘violent’ behaviour on-set after he punched a wall in the apartment he shared with his on-screen wife Carina Mirabile, 31.

He was put on notice to stay in the experiment with the provision he doesn’t drink and undergoes therapy sessions every Saturday morning.

Morena said she found Paul “bawling” at a café near their apartment amid the fallout of his punch.

“He was in the corner, bawling. Whatever you saw on TV was nothing,” she said.

“I went up to him, so my kids sat at the next table. They could hear us, but it was just me and him. I patted him like a dog.”

Morena said Paul apologised to her then and confessed the producers had orchestrated his line about her screaming.

“He looked at me, and he goes, ‘I need to say sorry’. And I said, ‘about what?’,” she said.

“He goes, I set you up on the second night they (the producers) told me to.

“He goes, ‘I’m sorry I made up that story. You weren’t running.’ I said, ‘No, I wasn’t, because they didn’t show it. If I had been running down the corridor, they would have shown it. But they didn’t’.”

Morena said she would be “stuck in Australia” while their season aired and the cast receive backlash from some of the millions of fans who would imminently tune in.

However, she told Paul he could simply “pack (his) bags and go to France”.

Paul apologised for the punch incident during a subsequent Commitment Ceremony and received Carina’s support in the fallout from the incident.

However, the controversial partner swap challenge put a spanner in the works on Monday evening and saw Paul spend the night with Awhina Rutene, whose sister Cleo is his real-life ex, which upset Carina.

Paul confided in Awhina and called his wife a “snob” and “very judgey,” revealing his true doubts about their relationship and setting the scene for trouble in paradise.

Morena and her on-screen husband Tony Mojanovski, 53, wrote leave at a recent commitment ceremony after the charter captain took issue with her personality and fled to his home in Wollongong on weekends.

The mother-of-two maintains Tony appeared on the show despite still being married to his real-life wife.
