There are rumours flying around that romance is brewing between Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025’s Jamie Marinos and Eliot Donovan. The pair have been playing it up for the cameras and have shared some flirty banter on TikTok, so Chattr asked Carina Mirable for all the tea.
It looks like Jamie and Eliot are just friends – for now — but Carina believes they’d be a great match.
“I think they’re just good mates, I think she’s still, you know, going through the motions of her and Dave [Hand’s] relationship and probably just needs to keep dissecting that and probably grow from that,” Carina says.
“I think [Jamie and Eliot] suit each other. The only thing is, they’re in different states, so they’ve got to sort that out. But I think they look absolutely incredible together. They would make a good match.”
The pair have fuelled romance rumours, and have even spawned a couple name on TikTok — #Jelliot.
During the reunion party hosted by the Daily Mail, Awhina Rutene said what Jamie was missing from her ex Dave was “how much he would have sex with her”, but Jamie quickly fired back with: “That’s what Eliot’s for”.
When a fan said Jamie looked “amazing” in one of Eliot’s infamous TikToks, he replied by saying: “Stunning”.
MAFS’ Jamie responds to rumours she’s dating Eliot
During an interview with Today earlier this week, Jamie said she wouldn’t rule out dating another groom from MAFS.

However, she claimed she was just “good friends” with Eliot.
“He’s so funny! I mean, not the worst thing that can happen? He’s only human, guys,” she said. “We would make the funniest TikToks, and we’d break the internet and I’m so for that!”
When the host wished Jamie the best in her search for love, she replied, saying: “Here’s to hoping, and who knows — it might just be another husband on the show!”
At this point, most of Australia wants Jamie to find love. Let’s just hope whoever she ends up with is a decent guy!
