She’s bold, brutally honest and has zero time for time-wasters.

And Love Triangle’s Ariana ‘Ari’ Djoric, 29, says she’s done playing games and isn’t afraid to ask the big question on the very first date – ‘Do you want kids?’

‘I’m not here to waste time,’ the Melbourne-based executive assistant and wedding pet chauffeur tells Daily Mail Australia in an exclusive chat.

‘They have to like animals, and they have to want kids. I’m a big family person.’

Ariana, who moved into a stranger’s house for the Stan Original dating series, admits she used to fall for ‘walking red flags’ – but not anymore.

‘My usual type used to be the gym junkies with the tattoos, no neck kind of thing,’ she says with a laugh.

‘But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve started to lean more towards people who look different, act different… I’m open now – tradies, business types, even guys with dad bods.’

Ariana revealed she didn’t apply for the show, but jumped at the opportunity when she was approached by producers.

‘I have nothing holding me back. I was like, “Why not? It’s an experience”,’ she says. ‘I really wanted to find someone – I obviously haven’t had much luck by myself, so I thought maybe someone else can help.’

She blames the current dating scene for her run of bad luck.

‘The dating pool’s just really icky at the moment,’ she admits. ‘I’m not on dating apps. I usually meet people in real life or through Instagram, or just at events.’

While the move from Melbourne to Sydney was a culture shock, Ariana says living with a stranger under the same roof came with some unexpected quirks.

‘It was so bizarre moving in straight away with a stranger. Wild,’ she says. ‘The worst part? Probably thinking about whether or not you’re allowed to fart. Like, do you hold it in?’

And though she stays tight-lipped about how her match plays out (‘you’ll have to watch and find out’), she hints that the drama behind the scenes was next-level.

‘I didn’t think it was going to be as chaotic as it was. I knew there’d be drama – but this much? No idea. It was a rollercoaster.’

Still, she says she thrived at the infamous dinner parties.

‘I loved the dinner parties. I thrive in social environments – it was so fun.’

A self-confessed reality TV junkie, Ariana says she’s long been a fan of Married At First Sight and Love Island UK – and now she’s living the drama herself.

‘As much as people think reality TV is put on, it’s actually relatable,’ she says. ‘With scripted shows, you know it’s fake – but with reality TV, anything can happen.’

She isn’t worried about how she’ll come across on screen.

‘I could be a villain. It’s always the loud ones, right?’ she laughs. ‘But I’m honest. I can’t hide anything – you’ll be able to tell from my facial expressions.’

While the show is about finding love, Ariana says one of the biggest wins was the friendships she formed with fellow contestants Payton and Chloe.

‘I’ve literally found my own little love triangle,’ she says. ‘We got along so well – I’ve found girls for life.’

And as for what goes on when the cameras stop rolling?

‘Filming happens at different times of the day so I’d go to the gym, get groceries, cook, just normal stuff. But you’re still living with a stranger, so it’s definitely a unique setup.’

When asked whether she truly believed she’d find a husband on reality TV, Ariana doesn’t hesitate.

‘You lean into it. You sit there and go, “You know what? Show me what you’ve got”.’

Love Triangle is streaming now on Stan.
