Channel Seven‘s upcoming series of Farmer Wants A Wife is set to screen later this year and one hunky rancher is optimistic he will find true love.
Farmer Thomas is a 35-year-old wheat farmer based in regional South Australia who is ready to find his happily ever after on the long-running program.
Although life on his Kimba farm is one he treasures, it’s not without its challenges.
‘It’s pretty remote and isolated. It gets lonely,’ he says in a new trailer.
However, Farmer Thomas knows finding that special someone is worth the pursuit.
‘Love is the best feeling in the world,’ he adds.

He is one of four strapping farmers looking for love on the upcoming series of the popular Channel Seven dating show.
Thomas revealed he is looking for someone kind, caring and honest.
‘It’s important they don’t sacrifice their own interests for me. Ideally someone who is open to trying new things and being outdoors,’ he said.
A newly released trailer promises plenty of drama as Thomas happily tells the camera he believes he is forming a connection with one of his matches.
‘The happiest day of my life. I am definitely falling for her,’ he says.
In a shocking twist, his companion responds less enthusiastically: ‘I don’t know if I want to continue.’
‘I feel like a got a bomb dropped on me. Need to take a moment,’ a shocked Thomas replies.
Earlier this month, Seven presented the four final cast members looking for love – Thomas, Jarrad, 21, and Corey, 24, and Tom, 31.

Producers at Farmer Wants a Wife have had some significant challenges to overcome across the past year.
It lost its host Samantha Armytage after she defected to Nine to matchmaking show The Golden Bachelor, leaving Natalie Gruzlewski to front the series solo.
Seven also confirmed a contestant was axed from the upcoming season after he was caught hooking up with other women during filming last year.
Professional bull rider Jack Rowlandson, 26, was not part of the cast when Seven officially announced the farmers starring on the show.
Last month Daily Mail Australia revealed there was turmoil on the set of the bucolic dating show.
It emerged the handsome reality star was seeing more than one of his matches at the same time and he was later dropped from the cast.
