Nadia Sawalha recently made a lighthearted confession about envying something owned by her Loose Women co-star, Christine Lampard. 

The admission, which sparked laughter among her fellow panellists, came during an episode of Loose Women—The Podcast.

During the episode titled “Body Confidence, Loveless Marriages, and Husband’s Crushes,” Nadia engaged in a lively discussion with fellow presenter Judi Love.

The conversation took an amusing turn when Judi read out a fan’s question, asking Nadia which of her co-stars’ husbands she would hypothetically marry.

Before answering, Nadia issued a humorous pre-emptive apology, acknowledging that her response might not be what people expected.

Rather than naming a person, she cheekily admitted to being captivated by Christine Lampard’s engagement ring, gifted by her husband, football legend Frank Lampard.

“I’m sorry. Maybe I shouldn’t say this. Okay, Christine Lampard’s ring is really, really nice, and my ring is not. That ring. I mean, honestly… sometimes, it distracts me,” she said, making the panel burst into laughter.

“I said ‘Wow, you’re keen!’ as a bit of a joke, and we chatted. He said he enjoyed meeting me and would like to stay in touch. It was very relaxed,” Christine recalled.

Following Nadia’s humorous confession about the dazzling ring, Judi Love also joined in on the fun, acknowledging its beauty while giving Frank some praise. “The ring; the ring is the one. He is lovely, though,” she added, playfully shifting the conversation.
